I guess I always have this underlying state of depression in me. So when I do get a little manic, my depressive side is still going on. You are thinking of dysphoric mania or a mixed state. Hypomania is basically like being a little manic. A mixed state is having manic and depressed symptoms at the same time. My name is Tyler, I have bipolar, and I weigh 260. I did get up to 287. I have been exercising every day for two hours. I have added lots of colorful organic food to my diet and cut out processed foods and meat. I feel great and I get eight hours of sleep a night. I dont have any manic symptoms anymore with the season change, but i certainly dont have depression either.
